Our New York family was in the building at the BET Awards! Dave East stopped by to address these rumors on whether if he has been practicing with the New York Knicks lately.
Speaking on trying out for the Knicks East had to say “I can’t speak on it, I can’t talk about it, you gotta ask the Knicks”, when asked if he was getting signed he replied “yall going to mess up my contract”.
East is also set to play Method Man in the Wu-Tang miniseries, with the show being rapped he spoke about learning Meth’s mannerism and the way he talked, wanting to get it right for the show.
