Cesar del Castillo - Heard daily from 10a-3p on RUMBA! He is a veteran broadcaster and TV presenter native of the Dominican Republic. He graduated at the National School of Speech, of Santo Domingo, in 1980. He immediately became the regulatory review of the National Commission of public shows and radio and obtained its corresponding card. In 2000 he started his project called 100% TVO, a television program that has been very successful and has been received with satisfaction by the Hispanic communities in Pennsylvania.
